Web server  config  fails with Endpoint {0} registration in virtual appliance failed

Verify TLS 1.0 is enabled on the IAAS web servers by using regedit to change the following entry from 0 to 1 HKey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.0\Server\enabled
